custom Builds

Trail Donkey dressed to the nines in custom Wheel House logos and paint. Donning the new completely wireless GRX drivetrain, fully integrated cable routing, and Berd Spoke + Rodeo Carbon Rims, this is a bike that beckons to be ridden in the wild places just outside our shop.

Shop Build

A huge thank you to our first customer getting the bikes rolling out the door. Looking for a bike that could be comfortable in the saddle for long days on light gravel or road we knew the perfect build. Pairing high end mechanical GRX with Rodeo Labs Carbon on FSA wheels, the bike is ready to go as long as your trails.

The Original Build

Steel and carbon, a match made for rugged trails and the roads to get you there. With the versatile Flaanimal 5.0 frame from Rodeo Labs a 27.5” wheel was the chosen option to accommodate maximum tire width. When the tires call for that much fun, a dropper post will get the saddle out of the way for chunky descents.

A wild Flaanimal Appears

Okay maybe not the frame, but the owner sure has! Drawing inspiration from their trip to Nepal over multiple months, the transformative trip is custom painted onto the frame with details that only Rodeo could do. Working with the customer to balance adventure and speed, the results speak for themselves.
