Our vision was always to serve the Niwot and greater front range community food that is fresh, easy, and wont break the bank. We want large group rides to come in to refuel after their long rides, families to enjoy a meal where there is no pressure to have your kids be quiet and perfectly behaved, people working in Niwot to grab a quick lunch while they are on break, and commuters between Boulder and Longmont to stop in and see what our amazing town is all about!

Our food can be described as home made, simple pub fare with sparks of inspiration from out head chef Justin Hirschfield. Most of our staff live right here in Niwot. We want you to feel welcome and at home here at the Wheel House.
