Brown Mountain Lightning Bugs Band
The brainchild of a prog-rock guitarist and a classically-trained composer, the Brown Mountain Lightning Bugs formed in North Carolin in 2016 after the founding members, Kendra and Zack Harding, tied the knot. Fans have described their music as “effortlessly complex” and blues legend Henry Turner Jr. calls it “funky mountain music.” Blending traditional with trippy, they’ve played throughout the US and internationally, including slots at the Anchorage Folk Festival, Tucson Folk Festival, Mill Farm Music (UK), Rockwood Music Hall, Piedmont Folkways, and more. They aim to create a concoction of music that gets toes tapping and heads bobbing, and maybe make some friends along the way.

A storytelling troubadour who has been described as “John Prine meets Winnie the Pooh,” Marilyn brings things to life in a way you've never thought about before, through well-chosen lyrics and catchy tunes. Patty Jackson Bio
Patty Jackson is a singer songwriter, multi-instrumentalist performer, teacher, and community song leader. She has the voice of an angel with a unique guitar style creating rich chord progressions and stunning textures by using open tunings and multiple capos. Not to be content to be pigeonholed into one style of music, she blends folk, roots, blues, country, americana and a touch of jazz into her repertoire. Recently, she has added ukulele and baritone guitar into her shows. She can get her audience clapping, tapping and singing along with songs of strength and resilience, weaving a spell bounding musical story about a little forgotten street in her neighborhood or get folks laughing about the silliness that can sometimes be the human condition.
When Patty moved to the Front Range in 2004, she found her musical community by joining Resonance, the Women's Chorus of Boulder. In Resonance, she met Angie Holley and Bylo Farmer and they co-founded the band, "Somethin' About Lulu". Their tag line is "Harmony and Hilarity" and they are a favorite local group. https://www.pattyjacksonmusic.com/
MEET THE MAKER - Spirit hound whiskey mester distiller
Come meet local master distiller Craig Englehorn to learn about all things spirits.
Distilled spirits are intriguing. They go through such an involved process, from grain to glass. Yet we, as the average consumer of them, don’t give a lot of thought into that process – we’re too busy enjoying the end product. After meeting the man behind Spirit Hound Distillers in Colorado, with his interesting path to the role, his ability to explain things in a way the average person can understand, and his passion for what he does, we had to have him come and talk to YOU. Bringing this knowledge and passion for the craft is what makes this such a great event to attend!
Expect:
Guided education, tolerable jokes, great stories from a master of the craft
Bottles for sale at a discounted rate
A relaxed, social, community-first atmosphere
No prior whiskey knowledge required—just bring your curiosity and your palate. This is about shared experience, discovery, and good conversation, the Wheel House way.

Jake Finkbiner
"Jake hails from the hills and valleys of Central Pennsylvania where he grew up listening to everything from country and folk to heavy metal. Later, while in college at Penn State, he helped form a band called, The Roof, as their lead guitarist.
They later moved from State College to Pittsburgh, and traded playing the local bars for touring the east coast and midwest, including several stops in Nashville and Austin. After dedicating 8 years to playing guitar for The Roof, the group disbanded, and he moved across the country to start over in Boulder.
Now he blends his classic rock, folk, country, blues, and americana influences into an eclectic repertoire that now is beginning to include original material, as he transitions into the role of songwriter."

The Weekly Band
The Weekly Band is Colorado’s feel-good soundtrack to a great night out, an acoustic-driven group that blends tight musicianship with an unmistakably fun, crowd-first energy. Based out of Erie, they deliver a dynamic mix of Americana, modern pop, and singalong favorites from the 90’s through the 2000’s, all reimagined with rich harmonies and a stripped-down, high-energy acoustic style.
Fronted by strong vocals and backed by layered instrumentation including guitar and mandolin, the band creates an engaging, approachable sound that resonates with everyone from casual listeners to die-hard music fans.
